What Are The Effects Of Having Multiple Abortions?

I am 34 and have 1 daughter. My boyfriend isn't ready to have another child yet, he has 3 children (not with me), the last 2 were unwanted on his behave. I have had 3 abortions in the past 6 years my not being ready or it being the wrong person. I am nervous to get a 4th abortion, what to do?
