good day Dr. please what are the effects of not having sex? I have not had sex for the first time in my life and i will be 30 yrs by 24th july. is anything wrong with me? because my mind keep telling me that am not man enough, and what are likely to be the resultant future effects? thanks Michael

Mr Miachel, sex is good for health for so many ways. It is a need like food and water, but if you do not like doing it than ok, nothing to be worried about. If you are not sure about your gender than you can get your self checked at a physician's clinic.
