What Are The Effects Of Tablets JALRA-M And DIAVIT PLUS?

female-age-62yrs-wt-170lb-diabetic. I am talking diabetrol two tablets morning and evening as given by my family doctor along with this month he has given JALRA-Mand DIAVIT PLUS. I want to know the reaction of this extra tablets. my blood glucose--previously--250 mg .after taking new tablets it has come down to 154mg

Jalra-M is newer group of anti diabetic drug. It is comparatively safer than Diabetrol. Diavit plus is a multivitamin
