Hi

I passed carefully through your question and would explain that your symptoms could be related to a sleep disorder or cardiac arrhythmia. Gastro-esophageal reflux can not be excluded either.

For this reason, I would recommend performing a chest X ray study and an ambulatory 24-48 hours ECG monitoring for possible arrhythmia. A fibrogastroscopy may be needed. In the meantime, I recommend taking an anti-acid and see if it can help improve your situation.

Hope I have answered your query.
