What Are The Findings From Lipid Profile Test?

Can you please tell what these results mean? WBC 20-40 H...SQUAMOUS EPITHELIAL 10-20 H....BACTERIA MANY ( 50).....CLARITY CLOUDY.....PROTEIN 1+....LEUKOCYTE ESTERASE 1+......HEMOGLOBIN A1C 5.9 H.....VITAMIN D,25-OH,TOTAL 14 L......HDL CHOLESTEROL 38

Thanks for writing to HCM

You didn't mentioned all the parameters of lipid profile.Mentioned HDL level is fine.

Other findings are related to urine test and you are suffering from urinary tract infection(UTI).This is indicated by the presence of WBC,bacteria,epithelial cells,traces of protein etc.
You need few more investigations like routine hemogram,Random blood sugar,Urine culture and sensitivity and Ultrasound of abdomen.Further investigations can be done if needed.

Ultrasound of abdomen can detect other associated pathology like calculus in kidney,Urinary bladder etc.
At present you need proper antibiotics after culture and sensitivity report.

You can also take alkalizing syrup 1 TSf thrice daily for 5-7 days.
You should consult your physician if problem is persistent.
