Urologist 's  Response
The WBCs are on the higher side, suggestive of a local inflammation somewhere in the urinary tract. If you have no fever, you need not be on antibiotics now that you have taken Ciprofloxacin for over 10 days without appreciable benefit. you can get a screening ultrasound of abdomen to make sure no major pathology is missed, but if that is normal, you can try use of anti-cholinergic agents like Solifenacin or Darifenacin if you have no issues like narrow angle glaucoma and otherwise void urine well without any residue in the bladder. These help by reducing the frequency of urination and also significantly reduce the sensation of urgency of urine and leakage of urine as well.
