What Are The Findings Of The Following Semen Analysis Result?
myself Deepak from India, i had my semen analysis on 12.02.2016. i was bit nervous while producing semen. i came out quickly. Anyway i gave for counting. volume : 1ml, sperm count: 59mil/cc, motility: 40%. is it normal. or should i give another sample for analysis
Thanks for asking at Healthcare Magic. I read your question and I understand your concern. Although the volume is less it should be at least 1.5 ml that has two possibilities. 1.You were in hurry 2. ejaculate is less due to underlying disease However sperm are less than 50 percent motile it shouldn't be less than 50 percent. cell count is normal. I would like to advise you to repeat it and it should be interpreted in detail. PH, volume, cells count, liquification time, motility, pus cells, consistency all should be mentioned. Hope it helps best. Take your best care. Don't forget to rate this answer and close the discussion at Healthcare Magic. Regards Dr Ejaz
