What Are The Findings Shown In Following CTC Angiography?
Dear Doctor I underwent CTC Angiography and the findings 1. Type III LAD 2. Right dominant circulation and 3. Tandem moderate RCA and LAD disease with focal significant disease in proximal OM. Non diabetic for HTN using Amlokind AT for the past 5 years. Lipids TCL 233 HDL 35 LDL 152 VLDL 45 TGL224. Cardiologist prescribed Ecosporin and Rosuval F and repeat of the test after 6 months. My question is whether the findings can be cured with medicine or do I need any operational intervention.
The problem with altered lipid profile will be sorted out with the medications that you have been put on. In the CTC Angiography report, the only worrisome part is the focal significant disease in proximal OM. I suggest you undergo a stress test (nuclear scan), to estimate the functional significance of this lesion. Hope the answer helped. Dr Kashyap P Lanka
