What Are The Foods To Be Avoided While Having Enlarged Adenoids?

My son is 3.5 years old and he has enlarged adenoids. His weight is 12.5. I want to know the foods that needs to be avoided for kids with adenoid problem. I am avoiding junk food, chocolatesets etc. But still he often gets the problem of cough followed by vomiting. Will curds cause irritable cough followed by vomiting in this case?

Hello and welcome to health care magic,

Avoid any cold or refrigerated food stuff and also do not allow the direct exposure to cold air or water. Keep the kids ears covered and if you do want to take curd make sure they are fresh and thick and may be you can add a pinch of salt to the same.
Of course no one can predict if the curds can cause vomiting! You have to give and see!

hope this helps
