wat r the functions of adapalene and clindamycin in a combination therapy? and tell me, is this combination can change the skin colour from dull to bright?

Hi clindamycin is an antibiotic n adapalene in combination with clinda is used as local treatment of acne.they r not used for brightening skin.skin colour is genetic.no one can change it significantly. To some extent creams n sunscreens may help in preserving a persons natural fairness but not drastically.
