Dear, In my view , your problem seems to be the outcome due to working too hard .
Workouts of any kind are not harmful any way unless they are performed wrongly or excessively .
While you exercise , start in slow motion and increase gradually after proper warming up .
Be careful not to over exert , beyond your capacity so that it may not cause you muscle pull or
nerve damage . IT should be suitable for your body .
Just stop as soon as feel any pain or uneasiness .
Take a glass of hot water with lemon juice and a spoon of honey
Apply
analgesic ointment on painful area and hot pack .
rest for some time .
Consult your doctor if problem persists
