In May 2004 angioplasty with two medicated stents, March 2008 angioplasty with one stent restented, now October 2010 caridac cath, but being treated with medication. Were the stents a mistake should it have been a bypass to start? Should I get a second opinion?
Inserting stents was not a bad choice if the extent of your coronary artery disease was limiting their use.
