What Are The Ill Effects That Extremely Cold Weather Can Have On Someone With Hydrocephalus?
I recently moved to Wyoming. I have hydrocephalus. The weather has been well below -10° lately. I am starting to get headaches when I go outside. What are the (if any) ill effects that extremely cold weather can have on someone with hydrocephalus as opposed to someone without it?
headaches and seizures are not uncommon for people with hydrocephalus. There is no documented effect of cold weather on hydrocephalus. I think you should consult a neurosurgeon to see the grade of hydrocephalus and need for shunt surgery. Try taking paracetamol 650 mg for symptomatic relief
