Hello,

The list of medications you have been using is long. A few side effects of anti depressants are feeling agitated, shaky or anxious, feeling and being sick, indigestion and stomach aches, diarrhea or constipation, loss of appetite, dizziness, not sleeping well (insomnia), or feeling very sleepy, headaches, loss of libido (reduced sex drive), difficulties achieving orgasm during sex or masturbation, difficulties obtaining or maintaining an erection (erectile dysfunction), weight gain and excessive sweating.

The side effects should ease after a couple of weeks as your body begins to get used to the medicine. You may discontinue using some of your medication like Elprax only after consulting your doctor. Just discuss the inconvenience and your anxiety about multiple medications with your doctor. You don't need to be so anxious as the doses you have been using aren't maximum doses. For stomach irritation due to many medicines, tab. Esomeprazole 20mg (NEXIUM) daily once before food for at least 3 weeks.

Take care. Hope I have answered your question. Let me know if I can assist you further.

Regards,
