What Are The Long Term Effects Of Haematoma?
are any long term effects of a big haematoma - low back - SI area right side? originally family doctor said that will heal by itself and just to take Tylenol, but once I had to stop taking Tylenol due to liver sensitivity - pain is overwhelming at times, very hard to settle stand or still for long, need to move every 15-30min; also interrupted sleep

If hematoma is too big then it takes long time to absorb.
But sometimes it might not get absorbed then it should be aspirated with wide bore needle or might require minor incision to remove collected blood.
consult surgeon and get examined.
Aspiration of blood will solve your problem.
