What Are The Lumps Around My Anus Which Pains?

hi i have a large lump which feels like a blister at the bottom of my anus. it is a lighter shade than the rest of my skin. it hurts whilst i have a poo. and it grows when i have a poo.
i now have three of them what are they? should i go and see my local GP
