What Are The Lumps Under My 4 Years Old S Ear?

Can anyone advise me? my 4 year old boy has two lumps under his left ear. The first lump was discovered 5 weeks ago and today the second lump was discovered. The first lump has never subsided, it seems it is getting bigger. He has also been picking his lower left earlobe which is sore for how many weeks now. Cant stop worrying that it might be lymphoma.. What should i do now?

Hi, dear
I have gone through your question. I can understand your concern. He may have some enlarged lymphnode due to reactive hyperplasia, tuberculosis or lymphoma. He should go for fine needle aspiration cytology or biopsy of that lump.
It will give you exact diagnosis.
Then he should take treatment accordingly.
Hope I have answered your question, if you have doubt then I will be happy to answer. Thanks for using health care magic. Wish you a very good health.
