What Are The Medications Recommended For Low BP?

My mom takes this medicine at night. Her blood pressure is 107/48/101 pulse. I know I can r give it to her tonight. She is weak, tired and lethargic.Is this medicine too strong? She also is prescribed metoprolol and isosorbide in the am. Almost every day she I can t give her one or more of these due to the low blood pressure. Any suggestions
