I have a red line on my foreskin I am not circumsiEd- it's just under my urethra opening on left side. About 3 weeks ago my penis head had multiple red spots and head was purpley looking. That has disappeared but the red line remains? It is not sore or itchy. I am a 63 yr old man and wonder if it could be a penile cancer? My urine is dark yellow as well at times. What's your thoughts?
