What Are The Negative Effects Of Dettol Ingestion?
I have drunken a small amount of dettol accidentally till the end of stomach my thought was very irritating immediately came to me and told to vomit it out after and I vomit it out and went to the nearest clinic the dr has gaven me an antibiotic and a sirup for the cuteness of irritation in how many days will it be cured I am little bit scary sir

As dettol is a type of soap or anti-bacterial agent which has a high pH it can causes some irittation to the mucoses of upper gastrointestinal system.
If you are not experiencing any blood or blackish hematemesis or vomit then you are fine.
