Hello Ashish, I think you have already taken-UVB therapy & PUVA therapy, in UVB- effective in vitilgo not more than 3 years, useful over neck&face, 2-3 times in aweek, use uvb lamp,broad band & narroband , some sucess with immunomodulator protopic & elidel, vitamin B12 & folic acid supplementation with sun expsure repigmentation in about 50%, PUVB- twice a week for 6-12 week narroband reduce sun burn, New-Transplanting Melanocytes patient gluteal skin taken ,melanocyte separate out at cellular suspension, exposed in culture area to be treated, denuded with derma braker& melanocyte, graft applied ,sucess 75 to 85%, use in generalized vitilgo, mild case -make up with camourflage advice- dermatologist or plastic surgeon, hope my advice useful to you, thank you.
