What does my child's Urine analysis mean if it has WBC of 2-3/HPF; RBC of 3-5/HPF; epithelial cell is few; specific gravity of 1.005; reaction of 6; yellow color; Slight Hazy transparency; negative glucose; negative Albumin and presence of Ca. oxalate, uric acid, A. phospate, A. urates?
Your child is suffering from urinary tract infection(UTI). UTI is indicated by hazy colour of urine and presence of WBC, RBC in urine.RBC in urine may be due to UTI. Your child need few more investigations like routine hemogram,Renal function test,Urine culture and sensitivity and Ultrasound of abdomen. Further investigations can be done if needed.. At present your child need proper antibiotics after culture and sensitivity report. Your child also need clinical correlation.
