Hello Doctor, I am 6 months pregnant. Can u please suggest me natural foods that contain high source of iron and calcium. I am taking Almond(3-4), dried grapes, walnut, dates(3), honey(2 spoons) daily, greens (weekly thrice), sprouted green grams (4 days/wk), plus I take multi grain kanji drink daily.
