What Are The Pink Stains On The Pillow In The Morning?

I have had what I thought was pink stains on my pillow over a few mornings. After washing the bedding on a hot wash they still show as brown dots and look like blood. I am worried that this is coming from my oesophagus or my lungs. I have no active illness to my knowledge only extreme tiredness aching and heaviness?
