HIV infection is most commonly possible through blood transfusion from an infected person or participation in sexual act with an HIV infected person.
In your case you did not have any sex so there is a no chance that you can get HIV infection.
if you are having further doubt you can contact a nearby ICTC (integrated counselling and testing centre) where a test is performed and result will be given with in half an hour to 1 hour.
