What Are The Possible Causes For Ear Infection?

45, 5'2 230lbs just diagnosed with ear infection. have had many ear infections. prescribed antibiotics. question is could my pillow which is 3 years old be causing the ear infections? I just noticed a lot of yelllowish discharge on the inner case.

yes , this can be source of infection please change it.
Other reason is recurrent cold , cough & if ear is perforated water , dust can be source of infection.
