What Are The Possible Causes For Experiencing Pain Across Left Armpit With History Of Heart Attack And Spondylosis?

hi there I am an indian south African male 40 years old, had 3 previous heart attacks had 3 stents in I have spondylosis spinal took 90mg arcoxia and a voltaren injection cause I have a chest infesction and wet cough now im experiencing pain 3cm under and 3cm across my left armpit only what could be possible causes thank you dees

You havent written about your diabetes status.
Sometime it may be frozen shoulder or it may be bicipital tendinitis or sub acromial bursitis.
Despite this repeated heart attack may also cause this or it may just be muscular spasm.
Better get diabetes checked. And if needed take mild analgesics and apply ice.
