What Are The Possible Causes For Prevention Of Complete Knee Extension?
Dear Sir, I got knee surgery from XXXXXXX but complete knee extention is not happening, i have discussed with a phyiotheoripst and responce that some bone part is tight in mid of jont due to which knee extention is not happening, and sound is coming in knee joint pl advice what i should take so that full extention is possible and free from knee pain

One need to find the cause for loss of extension,it could well be due to cause inside the joint like arthrofibrosis or outside the joint like muscle contracture. MRI is the best investigation to find the cause.
Just discuss with the operating surgeon.
