What Are The Possible Repercussions Of Taking Wrong Dosage Of Clarithromycin?

Hi, I was diagnosed with h.pilyori and I just noticed that I have been taking the wrong dosage. My doctor gave me Omeprazole, 500mg Clarithromycin and 1000mg Amoxicillin. However, I just noticed that I have been taking 1000mg (two tablets) of Clarithromycin (two tablets twice a day) instead of just one and only 500mg of Amoxicillin.... for the past three days. I was wondering if this is harmful on my stomach / liver / kidneys besides upsetting my stomach like it has had. I know now how to take them but I m wondering if this mistake will have severe consequences on my body in the future and also if this affects the effectivity of the treatment? Finally, since I took the wrong dosage of Amoxicillin I will end up with spare tablets so when this happens should I continue taking them as directed until I finish them (without the Clarithromycin, because I will no longer have any tablets left) or should I stop when I am done with the Clarithromycin? I really appreciate you taking the time to read and answer this.

please do not worry you may end up with no side effects at all other than some gastritis,
please get a liver function and renal function tests done to rule out any hepatic and renal toxicity.
