What Are The Possible Treatment For Crohn's Disease?

Hi , I am 56 yr old female...I have had Crohn's Disease for 35 yrs.. I had an Iliostomy 20 yrs ago... I've been told that my uterus has fallen back to my pelvis. I was on a depo shot for 15yrs. Dr. took me off it .A year or so later I started my period on & off every 2 months for a year then stopped for 2 1/2 yrs... Then I started leaking EVERYDAY last Dec.2013 (I thought urine) but after a month It stated to look pink & then like a period , Then lighten up ....back & forth for 4 months Everyday STILL.....
So am I done with menopause or is it something else or just leaky bladder...Did it probably drop because of my surgery???
