What Are The Possible Treatments For Elevating Heart Beat And Dizziness Due To Stress ?

Hello Doctor,
I am 32 yrs old male and weight 69kg and height 5feet-8inch. 2 months ago I started feeling elevated and irregular heart beat specially at night and some dizziness. Went to doctor and found out my BP was 140/100. Also my cholestrol was litle high. Prescribed At Heart 10mg and Almovas-AT. But after 1 month of taking one night i felt very discomfort and felt like heart attack. Doctor asked me to do Stress Test which came positive and I last 9mins on it. Doctor suggested for angiography which was uneventful and no blocakges was found. Doctor prescribed me Concor 5mg and Olmezest 20mg. However though I feel better now, but i read concor. I feel my erection is no longer good and most important I am getting married next month. Can I stop taking this medicine?

General Surgeon 's  Response
Hi, All the best for your married life. You should have informed your Doctor that you are getting married nest month and he should consider this during prescribing medicines taking care not to disturb the sexual part of life. Do Discuss this issue and your Doctor will be happy to re-prescribe. A BP of 140/ 100 can many times be well controlled with diet, low salt ( you have preparations in open market) , relaxation and meditation , may be a change in lifestyle. Fortunately your angiography is normal. Try to control your BP without medicines. No smoking and if you take drinks - no more than 90 ml.
