I am smoker with 10-15 cigarette every day, recently I face chest pain with shortness of breath I went to Dr. and test reports show that my total cholesterol is 250 HLD is 50 and a slight variation in my ECG, Now Dr. asked me to go for TMT test. Meanwhile I have taken so some tablets for Acidity and now I am feeling much batter what to do plz. suggest

From history it seems that you have high cholesterol with EKG changes, it is advisable to go for TMT.
