Hi, Im 28 . My first pregancy ended in a miscarriage in june 2013 when i was about 6-8 weeks pregnant.it was a complete spontaneous miscarriage. I was having cramps since early pregnancy and doctor had prescribed dupheston. I am expecting again now (last mensus 12 feb,2014) and again im having cramps so another doctor has given me the same tablets (10 mg twice daily). There is no spotting/bleeding as yet. is it safe to take them? also can you tell me if i should take complete bed rest or i can do some light work like cooking? please advise any other supplements safe to take during pregnancy
