What Are The Purple Swollen Vein Like Tissues Around The Anus?
I have noticed a purple swollen vein like tissue around my anus after a couple of days of diarreah. When I strain, you can see it but it retracts when not straining. On the purple tissue are what looks like open sores. they are tender to the touch but not too painful. it looks like they could bleed. Im worried this may be herpes but it could be hemmoroids?

Purple swollen veins around the anus can be very well hemorrhoids.These occur after straining due to diarrhoea or constipation.These can bleed.Avoid straining.
