What Are The Pus And Blood Filled Lumps On The Testicles?
I have had these bumps on my testicals for years and they never go away some are stringy white pus and some are filled with clear type and sometimes bleed when I pop them and they are all over some in clusters some alone but there are none on my penis and some like 3 of them are pearly white with a hard ball in it

HI. This looks to be a classical case of multiple sebaceous cysts on the scrotal skin all in different forms as you explained.
Consult a Surgeon and get treated properly. Antibiotics to start with to control infection and eventually Surgery.
