What Are The Rashes My Grandson Is Having On His Face And Torso?

My baby grandson appears to have two different rashes on his face an torso. Started with what looked kike nappy rash. Then developed red blotches on his toso. This was followed by what looks like nettle rash. He s no sick but obviously uncomfortable and not sleeping well.

1. Infantile eczema.
2. Erythema neonatorum
