What Are The Reasons For A 3 Year Old Having Leg Pain, Stomach Pain And Tooth Pain?

hi from last three days my three year old daughter complain of leg pain,,n when she dance for some min she said pain in stomach ,,its just her complain matter to me otherwise she is active eating well,,no problem,,now she says pain in teeth ,,I don't know its that serious to show her to a doctor,,

Thanks for the question. Just observe the child if any symptoms like constipation or loose stools associated with stomach pain. All three sites of pain are not looking related to each other. Also observe if child complaints the same way while doing favourite activities. Likely to be a defence mechanism than actual cause.
