What Are The Reasons For Ear Pain, Tender Scalp And Sensitive Eyes While Having History Of Migraines?

HI Dr. Grief!
I have a really bad ear ache (right side)...dull mostly then stabbing pain that really hurts. Also really bad pain on the right side of my head, my scalp is really tender to touch at the very top of my head, it even hurts to touch my hair. My eyes are very sensitive and feel dry...
Any idea, I suffer from migraines, but never had anything like this before.
Thanks,
Nat

ENT Specialist 's  Response
Hi sir, all your symptoms looks likr u have neuralgia, doesn't look like migraine.
Migraine will cause headache, blurring of vision, black outs, nausea, etc butdoesnt cause scalp pain.
Ear ache can be because of some referred pain.
Sir I would advised your to consult doctor and then clear your doubts. Its difficult to analyze your peoblem without examination. But your pain is not related to migraine.
