What Are The Reasons For Having Brownish Green Bowel Movement And Loose Motion For A Person Under Medication For Gastritis?

Hello, I'm 19. I've been having brownish green, bowel
Movements that are kind of runny and pasty for 4 days. I drank heavily on Friday. I have gastritis and have been on omeprazole for a few months now due to gastritis. I'm also a little fatigued but that may just be in my head. Any ideas? Thanks
