What Are The Reasons For Pain In Left Shoulder, Excess Sweating And Tiredness?

I've had pain in my left shoulder and upper part of my left arm for several weeks. I also felt extremely exhausted and ached for a week. Any form of physical activity led to sweating. I thought I may have flu, therefore tried to rest as much as possible. Why am I experiencing such symptoms?

Orthopaedic Surgeon 's  Response
Hello.
Thanks for writing to us.
The pain in left shoulder that you have is not related to the excess sweating. This can be related to anxiety thyroid hormone imbalance or a localized cause like a muscle pull.
I hope this information has been both informative and helpful for you.
