What Are The Reasons For Recurring Fever And Acidity?

hi..i am getting fever every evening...very slight fever..around 99 to 99.5...and feeling very weak..dont feel like to get up even from bed. i am having acidity problem sometimes...so i am keeping antacid with me all the time...are both these problems related...otherwise what is the reason?...please advice

evening rise in temp is generally a lung infection symptom , may be a warning sign of tuberculosis . acidity may be a separate problem pls specify age , duration of problem.
