What Are The Reasons For Spotting, Tender Breasts And Pain In Urination?
for the month I have been spotting and now I have pressure when I urinate and I urinate a lot I mean I go to the bathroom a lot . my breast are tender and I been on the depo shot for 12 years haven t had period in 12 years. until about a month ago with the spotting, what can be wrong?

I really appreciate your concern you are on hormone injection so the tenderness of your breast could be due to this injection and your menses related symptoms also is because of the hormone that you have taken, now for the urine you have to drink more water and never exert the force while voiding, otherwise no need to worry about any thing , take care and have nice day.
