What Are The Reasons Of Having Dizziness And Nausea?

Lately I've been feeling really dizzy and somewhat nauseated. My nausea only happens for a few minutes during the day. I'm getting really worried about it because I've never had anything wrong with me. I eat really healthy, I don't ever get headaches so I don't know what to think
