HHey, I'm a teen and just at the end of summer, I got this red itchy spot on my neck which 2 months later turned into a dry scaled circle but empty on the inside. I have it now growing on the inside of my chest and right on the outside. When school started, another one came around my abdomen. What is it? It's sensitive and it gets itchy. Even olive oil can't cure it. I can see it now getting a bit better on my abdomen. It was about last year that one grew on the right side of my chest and I thought it was from yhe friction of the bra padding but then had it grow on my neck and abdomen.
