What Are The Red Painful Dots On The Penis Head Which Are Bleeding?

i woke up this morning which is saturday-18-2012, get into the shower. After taking a bath i noticed a set of red dotd on my penis head and at the bottom underneath the head by the lower skin of the penis, its bleeding the red dots are bleeding, I am worried I am sexual active but when i ask mm girl she said nothing is wrong with her...... So unsual. i have seen alot of different types of dieases while surfing the internet but not everything on the net is true. Please I am worrried oh! and when i touch it its burning. I am using an antibatic tablet by the name of Doxicycline. i have another thing i just been and urine an my penis burn and pain! please help searching it up on the inter net give me a lot of annoying answer that make me want to hang my self. I have get Molluscum as an answer, anlong with poxvirus, clamyndia, and others any doctor can answer this wuestion you can all come together to even find a cure to it.
