What Are The Red Rashes On My Scrotum, Anus And Penis Regions?

I have over the last few months had a recurring red rash on my scrotum, accompanied with itchiness in my anus and penis regions. There are no open sores or pus. The rash seems to come and go, and the itch comes and goes as well. I used a clotrimazole cream for a few weeks and it seemed to help with the itching for a bit, but now it is back. I had numerous bouts of unprotected sex with a girl who was diagnosed with vaginitis. Was wondering if this is dermatitis, another fungal infection, herpes or something else? Thanks

Looking at your description It might be related to infection or allergic reaction

If you can upload a photograph and provide me more relevant medical information, I will be able to help you better.

If I were your treating doctor I would have advised you for a battery of tests like blood for hemoglobin, CBC Liver and kidney function test Urine culture and testing for herpes as well as VDRL test.

You may require a course of antibiotics under supervision of doctor
Maintain good hygiene
Wash your genital area with antiseptic soap or solution and keep it moist
You can take anti allergic like levocetirizine for itching until diagnosis confirms
