What Are The Red Spots On My Daughters Back And Legs?

My daughter woke up this morning and she has little red spots, pinky size on her legs(16) and (2) on her back. It doesnt feel like a bump or a knot and it has no bite mark in the middle. The only thing she did yesterday was play soccer and came home. Hope you can help us thank you. Mrs Castle
