What Are The Remedies For The Throat Infection ?

I have a throat infection from last 10 days due to dry cough and oily food etc....As i had treated at my family doctor .he has given me the Azithromycin antibiotics ....But I cant get the relief from throat pain and infection. whats the causes of that what are the remedies for the throat infection?

Hi,thanks for query.The antibiotic given to you is good and effective.Try to avoid any other antibiotics now.In mean time ,do regular gargles with salt and water if your are comfortable with it,take steam inhalation,avoid oily foods and cold drinks.You can analgesics for pain as per your requirement.bye.
