What Are The Remedies From Getting Pimples During Periods ?

I am 25 years old and i get pimples everytime during my periods . Off lately my facial skin has turned red and i have visited a dermatologist .
I have undergone glycolic peel twice .
Cleanser i use is Episoft , Use " Acnemoist" for moisturising and use Deriva CMS on an alternate day basis
Will glycolic peel do any good to the red skin ? how long will it take to heal ?
