Generally for protozoa and bacterial infection case can use.Abdominal sonography is helpful for diagnosis.Any tumor present in abdomine than it can detected by sonography. Metrogyl drug can cause constipation problem. Take more high fiber foods like whole grains, black bean, oats etc..... Eat fresh fruits and green vegetables. Drink more water per day.
